It takes a village to develop, test, and implement a new menu item across Chipotle worldwide. I've been fortunate enough to lead the development of training materials for several new menu item initiatives.

Identifying what training tools and materials we create for this menu item rollout is part of the company's stage-gate process. I work closely with cross-functional teams to develop recipe cards and a training course filled with everything you need to know about how to prepare and cook the new menu item, lead the production of recipe videos, and create web pages that serve as a hub for all information needed for a successful launch.
